• Many of the guitar repairs can be quoted over the phone but there are specific repairs that we would need to see in order to give you a price. (Crack or broken headstock repair and paint repairs) would need to be brought into the shop for a price.

I'll answer a question with a question. When was the last time you had a setup (tune up) on your guitar? This is something that should be done once or twice a year depending on how much you play.

• Bernie does all the repairs in the shop, and with 39 years of experience in building guitars for many of the major guitar companies you can be sure the work will be done right.

• All repairs vary in the amount of time it takes but typical repairs such as setups and electronic repairs or installations usually only take one to two days. An accurate lead-time will be given to you when the guitar is brought in or picked up.

• Ground Shipping on instruments (excludes amplifiers) to the lower 48 states.
• Expedited shipping is available at the customer’s expense.
• Orders typically ship within 2 business days, depending on availability and credit verification.
• We ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. No shipments to PO Boxes, APOs, or hotels.

• Rush or special handling requests may incur additional fees. Contact us before ordering to arrange.

• New items may be returned within 48 hours of receipt for refund or exchange (minus shipping and 4% restocking fee).
• Vintage / Used Guitars are sold AS IS with no further warranty or promises.
• Returns require prior authorization and must be in mint condition with all original packaging and materials.
• Unauthorized returns will be refused.

• Manufacturer warranties apply to new items only.

• Sales tax applies to CA orders.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors.
